Saturday July 13th, 2013 - Ed Jackson, and a cadre of outstanding musicians played in honor of legendary jazz bassist - Dave Jackson at the St. Albans Jazz festival. Dave Jackson, who passed away in April, was a well respected musician in St. Albans and renowned around the world. He will be greatly missed.After the concert Ed Jackson (Dave Jackson's younger brother) received a posthumous commemorative award in Dave's honor from the St. Albans Jazz Festival. Ed Jackson and the staff of Jackson Room truly thank the St. Albans Jazz Festival for honoring Dave Jackson with this well deserved award.
